Caplon is a dedicated mortgage advisory service headed up by Daniel Emerson. We provide a wide range of financial services for clients looking for the reassurance and attentiveness that comes from a personalised service and accurate, objective, mortgage advice.

‘I set up Caplon in 2015 to focus my attention on clients for whom I felt I could really make a difference. Time is a scarce commodity for a successful mortgage advisor, and I knew that, to give the best service, I needed to oversee my own time and my own clients.
I have always believed that if you do right by the client in front of you, more will follow. As such we have focused our efforts on expanding the team to assist me with the assessment and the packaging of cases, whilst retaining the integrity of advice that comes with a passionate business owner, an advisor to each and every client.
I am a qualified Financial Advisor and hold a Diploma in Mortgage Studies as well as a Certificate in Equity Release. I am recognised by lenders as a valued introducer of new mortgage business.
